High Power 14-Pin BF Package

| Specifically designed for IPS's uncooled high power multi-mode pump lasers, the high power 14-pin BF package features extra heavy leads capable of carrying 10 A per lead. The units have an internal thermistor and back facet monitor, but do not contain a TEC - they must therefore be mounted on a suitable heat sink that is capable of removing roughly 15 W of heat per package. The laser is fiber coupled to a 105 micron core (0.22 N.A.) multi-mode fiber which can can be ordered with either an SMA905, FC/PC or FC/APC termination if desired. |
