IPS’s smallest form factor package is ideally suited for use with single mode devices and features a collimated and circularized output beam, integral ESD protection, an internal thermistor and an optional back facet detector. The unit comes with an internal laser line filter and is contained within a 5.6 mm diameter x 13 mm long package.
IPS TO-56 packagescan be ordered
at 785 nm, 808 nm, 830 nm, 976 nm, 1064 nm and 1546 nm. Other wavelengths are available upon request.
